Oh yeah some of them are crazy. lol Especially when you really think about vault. The Syndey Vault Champ was clocked at going 18mph a vault that is about a 1ft shorter than her. lol Talk about commitment. :lol: I have decided all vaulters are crazy. Or at least all the ones level 10 and up. Maybe you were a gymnast and this is funny to you. lol :lol:

Oh no, I'm no gymnast lol. I did it for a while, then the place switched and :blahblah:, I'll spare you of the billion different owners. I watched the US men last night from the olympics, geesh! They're like, just one big muscle! lol The floor exercise, I can't believe I they can go from laying on the floor, and only using their arms, and going sooo slow you think they'll snap, into a handstand, then hold their form, perfectly still. Ahh it's crazy! lol (I won't even start on the rings XD) psychos lol
